Bin Wu

Bin Wu is an Executive Technical Advisory Board Member with About The Kids Foundation. Bin brings with him over 20 years of experience in IT development, project management, and software engineering.

Currently, Bin is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Hand Enterprise Solutions USA, a leading global software solutions provider and a proud Oracle Platinum Partner. Bin assumes a wide range of roles and responsibilities with the company, not only as an expert and IT strategist on Oracle technology stack, but also heading Hand’s product division. He’s participated in and managed more than 20 Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP projects over the years and has acquired extensive knowledge with a wide range of industries.

Bin pioneered the launch of Hand’s first offshore development team in 2007, and initiated the partnership with US company Callidus Software to implement the Callidus Solution in AIA China/Taiwan (American International Assurance). Starting his career in Shanghai, Bin developed a simple solution to translate major financial statements into Chinese, leading a custom development project for GE Industry, Chinese. Bin has built a global reputation for his contributions in offshore IT development and overseas agile Implementation projects.

During his 20 years of IT experience, Bin has developed a wide range of key skill sets including IT architectural design, functional knowledge with major ERP products, custom development experience, project management, and technical consulting. He has worked directly with industries in the following areas: financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and distribution.
